About The Author

Throughout my life and relationships I began to see consistent mindsets and behaviours that typically derail wonderful opportunities for deep connection, turn relationships into battle grounds, create hurt feelings and diminish trust, create psychologically unsafe environments, and the introduction of narcissistic ways of being. Lots and lots of fear and shame based egos.

I am grateful. I have been forced to evolve - taking a good look at my own inner c*ntitude that contributes to breaking my own heart and creating unrest in my life. I hope my experiences can help you to find your inspired purpose and unapologetic happiness. It is possible.

I am a fitness enthusiast - love to lift heavy and the practice of yoga. I am a proud mum of two young adults who taught me about unconditional love and are the best achievement in my life.

I am an inspired, busy, and grateful strategic consultant. Love to travel, dance on the beach, and search for sea glass.
