Don’t Be Offended. Just More Aware.

As a successful strategist who works in very contentious situations and environments, my work has been filled with outlandish experiences navigating and transforming negativity, narcissists, disgruntled leaders, government workers, community stakeholders, and unionized, unhappy employees. Throughout my career, life and relationships I began to see a consistent mindset and set of behaviours that would typically derail meetings, conversations, and opportunities. I eventually described this negative outlook on life as a person’s C*ntitude. Not to judge their character but to observe, without an emotional response, what I was working with. As a transformational leader, I try to not only help implement difficult change and imperatives, but inspire people to think and behave differently in the process. This first book focuses on life and relationships which is the foundation of who we are and how we see ourselves and the world. My next book will solely focus on the workplace, leaders, and employee experience.

Using the word C*NT in some cultures, especially North America is controversial. Although it may be surprising to some, C*NT does not hold an insulting sting in many parts of the world. It is a creative expression used with a lighthearted intention rather than the intent of insulting women.

Perhaps there is a chance our collective mindset and thinking will shift. Remember - using the word C*NT is not a judgement of character but rather a word to describe behaviours and a certain mindset that can change.
